SLIDELL PARTAKE -- Eat, Drink & Be Merry
For our December Partake Event at Middendorf's Slidell, we will have "Eat, Drink & Be Merry" -- A Festive Wine Tasting Dinner.
THE WINE: Barry Wiss with Trinchero Family Estates will join us for the evening to showcase some of the wines from their vast portfolio. Family owned and operated in the heart of Napa Valley since 1948, Trinchero Family Estates is a worldwide leader in the wine industry with more than 50 acclaimed wine and spirits brands and a global presence in nearly 50 countries. Their story is of modest beginnings, steadfast perseverance and enduring passion—for the land, for the community, for world-class wine.
THE FOOD: European Master Chef Horst Pfeifer will prepare a four course gourmet meal, complimented by carefully selected wines. Chef Pfeifer is the current Owner of Middendorf’s and the former owner of Bella Luna, a fine dining restaurant in the French Quarter. He has a wonderful meal planned…
1st Course: Blue Fin Tuna Trifle — Tomato, Avocado, Tuna, Crab Meat, Balsamic Drizzle (Mason Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2022)
~ Bella Luna Focaccia Bread and Whipped Butter will be available throughout the meal.
The evening begins at 6:30pm in the “Bella Luna” private dining room. Our welcome drinks, Avissi Prosecco French 75 and Amador Old Fashioned, will be served at this time. Feel free to walk around and mingle.
At 7:00pm, we will ask for everyone to be seated. Dinner will begin shortly.
Seating is banquet style. This is a social event celebrating our shared love of food and wine.
Attire is business casual.
The price for this Wine Tasting Dinner is 100.00 per person (inclusive of tax and gratuity)*.
